How do I download my games?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link.
You can also log in to your Lunoberg account anytime and find all your files under My Downloads.
All games come as printable PDFs.
I didn't get my email — what should I do?
First, check your Spam or Promotions folder — sometimes emails hide there.
If you still can’t find it, message us through the contact form, and we’ll resend your files within 24–48 hours.
Can I print the games at home?
Yes — all Lunoberg games are designed for easy home printing on A4 or US Letter paper.
For the best durability and colour quality, we recommend using:
- 160–200 g/m² paper for game boards and cards
- 80–100 g/m² paper for rule sheets or instructions
You can print everything with a standard home printer.
Can I use the games in my classroom or therapy sessions?
Yes — your purchase includes permission to use the files with the children you support in your classroom, therapy sessions or other professional work.
However, the PDF files cannot be shared, copied or distributed to others.
If a colleague or another parent would like to use the games, they’ll need to purchase their own copy on the Lunoberg website.
This helps us keep creating affordable, high-quality materials for everyone.
Do I need an account to download my purchases?
Yes — this helps keep all your files safe and easy to access.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see every game you’ve ever bought or downloaded for free.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Of course. After checkout, your invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you.
If you need it again, just contact us and we’ll resend it.
